I will come to your home/property for an initial consultation which will take 1-2 hours. I will be able to assess the potential work that could be done and we can discuss what you hope to achieve through home staging or decluttering.
Full detailed report - From £100*
I will provide a comprehensive report detailing our initial consultation, costings, timeline and action plan.
According to the Home Staging Report 2021, on average, the investment in staging is 0.9% of the guide price.
*price subject to size of property
Staging & Decluttering - £25 p/h
If you wish engage my services, either further to my report or for decluttering, I will price per job at £25 per hour.
