I'm a CHSSP qualified home staging and property styling professional, who has experience staging properties both for sale and for rent throughout Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex, and holiday lettings across the UK.

My interest in staging began through working for a property developer, specialising in house-to-flat conversions, where it soon became apparent that by staging the properties, the company was able to sell or let each property quickly and above estate agents' estimations.

In addition to my experience above, I also have staged properties for sale for families whose relatives have either gone into care or have sadly passed.

 

The way you market your home is very different from the way you live in your home. Home staging is designed to show your property in its best possible light, so it looks stylish and will appeal to the maximum number of potential buyers or tenants. According to the Home Staging Report 2021, on average, staged properties received an offer within 28 days of being dressed, as opposed to an average of 102 days for undressed properties.
